REFUND POLICY:
Please make sure you choose carefully, since we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. We are not obligated to refund an item if you change your mind. A manufacturing defect will be rectified as soon as possible under Australian law.
For manufacturing defects, we have a 7-day return policy.
- The item must be returned within seven days of receiving it to be eligible for a return. After seven days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept any returns other than faulty products.
- It must be unused or unworn, with tags, accessories, certificates, and in its original packaging when you return it. Additionally, you will need to provide us with your receipt.
We provide the following return options:
- Exchange for another design within the same category (based on stock availability)
- Store Credit.
- If we are unable to replace your product after receiving the returned product, we will refund your online payment.
- Unless defective merchandise is included with no other non-faulty items, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Charges for shipping and returning must be paid by you.
Contact us at sales@marjanjewellers.com.au to initiate a return. We’ll send you instructions on how to send your package if your return is accepted. Returns without a return request will not be accepted.
EXCLUSIONS:
Custom made items, personalised items, resized, engraved or modified items, purchases made as insurance replacements, and jewellery boxes and layby sales.
There are a number of jewellery issues that are not considered manufacturing defects, including:
- As precious metals and prongs wear over time, they may require restoration work.
- The stone fell out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear.
- As a result of chemical exposure, discoloration occurs
- Damage caused by normal wear or other factors causes prongs to bend, catch, or wear out, causing stones to fall out.
- The natural process of tarnishing and ageing.
- Misuse, dents on claws and band, scratches,
- Changes, mishandlings, accidents, and substitutions.
- Unauthorised modification, resizing or alteration of a product done by someone other than Marjan Jewellers
